Brannsjefen har vedtatt lokal forskrift om forbud om bruk av ild i Tromsø kommune fra 04.08.23-18.08.23 grunnet høy risiko for skogbrann.
Forbudet gjelder all bruk av ild, inkludert bålbrenning, bruk av grill, engangsgrill, bålpanner, stormkjøkken, andre kokeapparater og annen brenning med fast brensel (ved, kull, briketter, gress, grener o.l) i skog og annen utmark, samt innmaksområder. Oppsummert betyr dette at åpen flamme ikke er tillatt, uansett form. Det er gjort unntak for grilling i egen hage, skolegårder, parkeringsplasser og idrettsplasser så lenge disse ikke ligger nær skog og mark. Unntaket i den lokale forskriften medfører ikke unntak fra aktsomhetsplikt.
The fire chief has adopted local regulations banning the use of fire in Tromsø municipality from 04.08.23-18.08.23 due to the high risk of forest fire.
The ban applies to all use of fire, including campfires, use of grills, disposable grills, campfire pans, storm kitchens, other cooking appliances and other burning with solid fuel (wood, coal, briquettes, grass, branches, etc.) in forests and other outlying areas, as well as paid-in areas. In summary, this means that open flames are not allowed, in any form. Exceptions have been made for barbecuing in one’s own garden, schoolyards, car parks and sports grounds as long as these are not close to forests and fields. The exception in the local regulations does not entail an exception from the duty of care.
